Building Capacity

At the heart of every successful organisation is the ability to nurture and develop its human resources. We at 2XL work closely with our customers to build their capacity to face the challenges ahead.

We recommend to our customers that when purchasing training for their staff that they follow a four set process:

Training Needs Analysis

Have the specific training needs been identified?

Determine & Design

Has the training content been determined, identified or designed?

Delivery & Support

Is there sufficient internal support and processes to allow the staff to dedicate sufficient time and effort when undertaking the training and have they been informed of the expected outcome from them completing the training?

Evaluation & Validation

Is there an internal process to evaluate and validate the training from both the staff and organisations perspective. Does it deliver the expected outcomes, is there tangible benefits to the organisation?

The right knowledge for the right personnel to achieve the right result
