2XL Consulting was founded by Shouqi Yousuf Mukhtar Al Yousuf, born in Dubai, Shouqi is an Emirati with immense knowledge and experience in the field of quality and excellence. As a certified EFQM Trainer (J2E, L4E, EAT), EFQM Assessor, Knowledge Manager and QMS (ISO9001) Auditor, Shouqi has consulted to  both the public and private sector in a range of training and support activities.

His quality and excellence background underpins the mindset and ethos of 2XL which permeates through all facets of the organisation, ensuring 2XL customers receive the very best service, solutions and experience.
